Challenge:
The Small Business Administration was planning their annual National Small Business Week, but they wanted more and better visibility.  They also decided that they wanted to add four forum type sessions to the schedule and needed help advertising these and the overall event to the local community.
Harman Systems Solution:
We developed a seperate
website for the event focussed on ease of funtionality as well as visual appeal.  For the marketing and outreach, we worked with various organizations, local business schools, blogs, and media to publicize National Small Business Week and the events that were open to the public.
Results:
The website received high praise and was the face of the event that the SBA was looking for.  Through our outreach we were able to reach tens of thousands of professionals in the DC Area via radio, email, online and print media, and newsletters.  This resulted in hundreds of people attending the sessions and filling the rooms.  We also went above and beyond the contract and help suggest and secure two of the speakers.
